These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.trueicon.co.in and all related services offered by TrueIcon Hr India Pvt Ltd (CIN: U80100WB2025PTC278573), operating as “True Icon” / “True Icon Academy” (“True Icon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our training programs, admission process, Student Zone, online examinations, and partner/corporate collaboration services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, submitting an application, registering as a partner, or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and Services immediately.

1. Eligibility

Our training and placement-linked programs are intended for graduates and individuals seeking a career in retail and private-sector banking who are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. If you are applying on behalf of an academic institution or organisation as a partner, you confirm that you are authorised to represent that entity.

2. Application & Admission Process

• Submitting an application through our Apply page (including any referral code) is an expression of interest only and does not guarantee admission to any training program.
• All information you submit — including your name, contact details, city, and area/pin code — must be true, accurate, and current. True Icon reserves the right to verify, reject, or cancel an application found to contain false or misleading information.
• Admission is subject to eligibility criteria, seat availability, and any assessment or interview process communicated to you separately.
• Referral codes, where applicable, are used solely to track the source of an application and do not by themselves entitle an applicant to any discount, admission, or outcome unless expressly stated at the time of application.

3. Fees & Payments

Program fees, payment schedules, and any applicable refund or cancellation terms will be communicated to you directly during the admission process and are governed by the specific enrolment agreement you enter into with True Icon at that time, which will prevail over this general clause in case of any conflict.

4. Student Zone, Accounts & Examinations

• The Student Zone allows enrolled/applied candidates to check their application and placement status using their full name and reference ID, and to attempt practice tests and certification-preparation examinations (including NISM preparation modules).
• You are responsible for keeping your reference ID, login credentials, and any account information confidential, and for all activity that occurs using your credentials.
• You agree not to misrepresent your identity, share your credentials with another person for the purpose of taking an exam on your behalf, or otherwise engage in dishonest conduct during any assessment. True Icon reserves the right to invalidate results, suspend access, or take further action where such conduct is discovered.
• Practice tests and exam results are intended for training, evaluation, and internal assessment purposes and do not, by themselves, constitute an official third-party certification unless expressly stated otherwise.

Organisations and academic institutions applying to become a partner through our Become a Partner page do so on the basis that True Icon may, at its sole discretion, evaluate, accept, or decline any such application. Acceptance as a partner and the terms of any resulting collaboration will be governed by a separate written agreement between the parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, question banks, and the design and layout of the site — is the property of True Icon or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our website or training materials without our prior written consent.

• Use our website or Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Student Zone, Applicant Portal, or any part of our systems or data;

• Submit false information in any application, callback request, or partner enquiry;
• Reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of our Services without our express permission.

True Icon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Student Zone, Applicant Portal, or any part of our Services, without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or misuse of our systems.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
